What we do?

• 1.

  Fabric Sourcing

  We source fabrics mainly from GuangZhou, DongGuan, FoShan, ShaoXing, and also import fabric from USA or Europe countries occasionally. In the event, we are unable to find fabric from the markets, we still be able to appoint fabric factories to make it based on our own fabric specifications, this is not 100% guarantee but can meet 98%.

• 2.

  Patterning / Size Grading

  We use ET software to make patterns either based on customer's own measurements or the measurements we recommended. Normally we need to revise patterns 1-2 times to meet satisfactions.

• 3.

  Cutting, Performing QC Simultaneously

  The main jobs during this stage are: fabric spreading, fabric laying, cutting, slices marking, slice checking for any defects and replace it with new ones for any defective slices.

• 4.

  Sewing, Performing QC Simultaneously

  Our main sewing jobs are: single/double/tripple flat sewing, three/four/five over locking, two/three/four/five inter locking mainly for knitting clothes, button hole sewing, button sewing, tacking, zig zig stitching mainly for swimwear.

• 5.

  Finishing, Performing QC Simultaneously

  Our main finishing jobs are: trimming, pressing, packaging.

Clothing Manufacturer based in China since 2005

We are in the clothing manufacturing for more than 10 years for mostly all kinds of clothing for men, women, boys and girls, such as T-shirts, shirts, swimwear, hoodie, pants, dresses, skirts, coats, jeans, blouse, suits, jogger, legging both in knitting and woven fabric.
